Vinyl plastisol dip coating entails a liquid consisting of PVC and plasticizer, which is then dipped in plastisol to become a flexible, permanently plasticized, thermoplastic coating. This process provides tremendous flexibility and can be combined with heat or light stabilizers, color pigments, flame retardants, blowing agents and other required additives. Plastisols are considered 100% solid material.
